He then founded HTKD in 2009 opening his first ever school in Greenford. In 2019 Master H graded to 7th Degree Master under one of the original Pioneers of Taekwon-do - Grandmaster Kong Young Il.

His lifelong commitment to discipline, respect, and continuous learning is evident in every aspect of his Martial Arts career.

Hollingsworth Taekwon-Do (HTKD) is committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all students. We recognise our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All instructors and volunteers understand their duty to ensure that everyone who trains with HTKD can do so in a safe, fair, and professional setting.
We believe martial arts offer powerful opportunities for students to build confidence, discipline, resilience, and personal growth. Every student has the right to train in an environment where they feel protected, respected, and valued.
Accordingly, each HTKD club and its lead instructor have a moral and legal obligation to ensure that when working with children under 18 or vulnerable adults, the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care are consistently maintained.
HTKD is fully committed to best safeguarding practices. All instructors acknowledge their role in promoting student safety and take all reasonable measures to protect children and adults at risk from harm.

All HTKD instructors are fully insured for Martial Arts instruction.

All HTKD instructors hold enhanced DBS checks.
Child Supervision
HTKD classes are not childcare facilities.
Parents/guardians who drop off children must return promptly at the end of class to collect them. While instructors take all reasonable steps to ensure safety during training sessions, ultimate responsibility lies with the parent/guardian before and after class.
Under HTKD safeguarding policy, instructors and students are not permitted to supervise children outside of designated class times, nor are they insured to do so.
